Makeup artist or face painter at Disneyland?

Happy Almost Valentine's Day!

Both girls have little Valentine's Day parties at school today since Bella is off tomorrow and Monday. So, they dressed up in their new outfits from grandma this morning and packed up the valentines they made for their friends. Apparently, they (or their mother) didn't do a very good job fixing their hair.
